6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

We do not use your personal information for personal reasons except what you consent us to use it for such as a business transaction. This is NOT considered to be "selling" of your personal information.

Request Verification

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Appeals

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?"

10. SMS CONSENT / A2P 10DLC

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

As part of our service we can send you automated text messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan. At any time you can opt out completely by replying STOP.

Our policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information that we collect are used for proving and improving our service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

Inbound SMS: By signing up and submitting your contact information (name, email, phone number), you can expect to receive messages regarding our services, appointment booking links, appointment reminders, and marketing communication.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP”. Upon sending “STOP,” we will unsubscribe you from our SMS list. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, text “START,” and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Click on the “Unsubscribe” link in any of our emails. Upon clicking the link, we will unsubscribe you from our email list. Following this, you will no longer receive emails from us.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION:

FORM USED: We use a simple contact form that collects your Name, Email, and Phone Number and allows you to enter a query. This information is only used to contact you and requires you to consent by checking a box so we may contact you regarding your query. This information is not sold or shared with any Third Party. It is only used to contact you back.

By providing your telephone number and submitting this form you are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt-out of further messaging.
